How It’s Made.

Chicken

Our chicken broth starts out with our local pasture raised chickens going into purified water and simmering in a large pot. This happens for a few hours while we skim the top to remove any impurities. Then the fresh organic veggies shine! Our organic and fresh(never frozen) veggies are added to the pot along with grey sea salt, a few herbs, and peppercorns. This simmers for 24-48 hours. When the broth is ready, we cool it rapidly, put it into containers and flash freeze it. This ensures that you are getting the freshest and most nutrient dense broth!
